Under Government legislation, every propertly placed for sale must have a Home Information Pack (HIP) and the EPC is an integral part of this pack. It provides information on the energy efficiency, heating cost and carbon footprint of the property.

Energy Performance Certificates can be produced by qualified Home Inspectors and Domestic Energy Assessors.
