Valuation ReportProperty Condition Report and Valuation

This is our most popular report and is often called a Home Buyers Report. It is a detailed inspection and report designed to give the home buyer information on the property’s condition in a user-friendly format. The report also includes a valuation and an energy performance assessment.

Important features of the Property Condition Report and Valuation (PCR) include:

• Identification of significant and urgent repairs and maintenance.

• A summary of defects rated from serious to routine maintenance.

• Any essential further investigations.

• A list of matters that your legal advisors should check.

• Clear and concise advice on current market value and also matters that may have an effect if you sell the property in the future.

This report is suitable for most properties, but not those which are of unusual construction or are very old or large.
