This is a limited inspection of a property often required by banks and building societies to assess the suitability of the property for mortgage lending purposes. It deals with the value of the property in its present condition. It will not report in detail on condition or disrepair unless either is so severe that they may significantly affect the value or saleability.
A valuation report is ideal if you need guidance on the value of the property or confirmation as to whether you are paying the right price.
If you are concerned about the condition of the property, this is not the report for you!
