Your company recently handles the selling of our house and the purchase of another.
Gemma Holdsworth handled what turned out to be a very long process which looked set to collapse several time over what felt like a very long six months. We have bought and sold quite a few homes over the last 50 years, so are familiar with the process. I am delighted to say that Gemma was by far and away the most efficient solicitor/conveyancer we have ever dealt with. She kept us informed when problems arose further down the chain, told us what was being done o try to solve them, contacted us when she said she would and generally took a lot of the stress out of the process.
I am usually very careful about recommending solicitors, doctors etc to anyone else in case things go wrong, but would in this instance, have no hesitation whatsoever.
